You don’t have to do this journey alone.

Corina Huff, Student Intern

Corina is accepting new clients as a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern at Center Counseling. She understands the healing experience of being seen and heard and wants to extend that level of care to others. She is passionate about empowering adult clients ages 18 and older. Having gone through her own healing journey, Corina offers a level of empathy that helps clients express themselves and realize that they don’t have to do this healing journey alone. She offers a helping hand to clients in breaking down the barriers of shame and empowering them to step into forgiveness and freedom. Corina’s developing interests consist of helping her clients navigate anxiety, depression, attachment, family-of-origin issues, trauma, codependency, shame and guilt, grief, athlete/post-athlete adjustment and identity struggles, and spiritual abuse/religious trauma.

Corina is a graduate student at Liberty University, pursuing her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and working towards her future licensure. Corina’s desire to seek a degree in counseling flows from the passion fueled in her heart to come alongside an individual’s story and offer warmth, connection, and comfort. She is functioning under the clinical supervision and licensure of Greg Molinaro and Sara Knudson. Corina’s educational experience is at a Christian university and she is willing to integrate spirituality into counseling for those interested.

For fun, Corina enjoys being active outside through walks, runs, and hikes. As a post-collegiate athlete, Corina finds joy in partaking in city league volleyball. Corina is a devoted wife and mother of two cats. She loves thrifting, eating popcorn, finding cute coffee shops, and connecting with friends.
