After speaking with our Client Care Coordinator follow the instructions in your Therapy Portal invite email to set up an account within 24 hours. If you have not received this invitation email call 701.380.5100. In your Therapy Portal you will complete your intake paperwork. You can also schedule, cancel and view appointments in the portal. This is where you can view your statement and make payments, as well. You have access to these things at any time through your Therapy Portal.

Secure Client Communication

Spruce Health Application

Once you have scheduled an intake session with one of our therapists, you will also receive an email invite to download our secure client communication app called Spruce Health. This allows you to communicate securely with our Client Care Coordinator and your counselor from your personal device. The texts we send will be in the app and will not be through your personal messages on your phone.
